About Susan
Hi, I’m Susan Camargo! I’m a registered dietitian, a mom, a full-time food nerd, and a part-time kitchen scientist. Born and raised in Brazil, I moved to Toronto in 2008. Food has always been at the heart of my family’s traditions, and cooking is one of my love languages.
My passion lies in helping busy parents nourish their families with balanced, stress-free meals—without the need to cook separately for everyone.
Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of supporting more than 700 families, providing personalized nutrition guidance tailored to their unique needs.
I believe that nutrition is more than just what’s on the plate—it’s about fostering a positive relationship with food and making informed, sustainable choices. That’s why my approach is client-centered, ensuring that each individual feels heard, supported, and empowered to take control of their health.
I specialize in family nutrition, including food intolerances, nutritional deficiencies, allergies, supplementation, gut health, and optimizing the first 1,000 days of life.
As a mother of two and a full-time Chief Snack Strategist, I understand the challenges of balancing a busy family life while prioritizing nutrition. Whether you want to improve your relationship with food, optimize your health, or ensure the best nutrition for your family, I’m here to guide you every step of the way!
