We will cover details about your health, lifestyle and nutrition/supplements. Follow-ups are done after 4-8 weeks and range in length from 15 minutes to 60 minutes according to your needs.

Yes! You will need to check your coverage prior to committing to ensure they cover registered dietitian services.
You will be provide with an insurance receipt for reimbursement after the session is rendered.
There is a $50.00 fee for cancellations done under 24hours. Your credit card will be captured at the time of booking in our secure portal.
Absolutely! I will tailor the session and protocols according to your unique needs.
Because we are a private service, our services are not covered by OHIP.
Check with your Family doctor if they have dietitians in their practices; some dietitians are working in the public health care sector.
It is not necessary to have a family doctor referral for private services.
Services may be covered under your private plan. We recommend checking your private plan if it covers Registered Dietitian either under Medical or HSA.
We do not direct bill, but receipts will be given, which you can then submit to your insurance company.
